AP 727/06 Nofal etal v. The Minister of the Interior Judgment

Judgment on HaMoked's petition, submitted on behalf of a resident of Israel, to instruct the Minister of Interior to grant two of her daughters status in Israel. The Court rules that the younger daughter be granted temporary residency, and rejects the request to grant the eldest daughter the same status as her mother and brother. In addition, the Court accepts HaMoked's principled claims regarding the procedure for registering children, and instructs the Ministry of Interior to correct a number of clauses in it.
