Dear friends,

Below you will find an overview of HaMoked’s work for 2023. As you will see, in spite of all the challenges, HaMoked was able to assist hundreds of Palestinians to enjoy their basic rights.

I have been working for human rights for almost three decades now, and I must say that the situation has never been so grim, both in terms of the scale of the human rights violations against Palestinians and Israelis, as well as the hostility to our work. In the current climate, it has become controversial, even dangerous, to insist on the basic humanity of all the people in this land.

So in these terrible times, we value more than ever the community that shares our conviction that every human life is valuable.

I thank you for supporting HaMoked this past year. May we see a speedy end to this bloodshed, and may the coming year bring us closer to our vision of basic rights for all.
