HCJ 8024/14 - Hijazi et al. v. GOC Home Front Command Affidavit of Response on behalf of the Respondent
The state's response in HaMoked's petition against the intention to demolish the family home of the suspected shooter of Yehuda Glick. The state notifies the court that following the issuance of the order nisi, it has been decided to seal the room where the shooter had lived, rather than demolish or seal the building. The state adds that in future, house demolition may be used also in cases involving no loss of life.
