HaMoked demands that the military announce whether it intends to demolish the family homes of the assailants in the attack in the Itamar settlement, and if so, that it allow the occupants to submit reasoned objections to the demolitions. HaMoked asserts that if it does not receive a prompt response, it will consider petitioning the High Court of Justice.
