Order regarding Suspension of the General Exit Permit (No. 5) (Temporary Order) (Judea and Samaria) 5751-1991

Order suspending the general exit permit from the West Bank and any individual permits that have been issued. Following the issuance of the Order, exit of residents of the West Bank is only permitted based on personal permits. The Order was issued during the First Gulf War.
