AP (Jerusalem) 612/04 - Dahud et al. v. Minister of Interior et al. Transcript and Judgment

In light of HaMoked’s petition, the respondent informed the Court that, from now on, any person whose request for family unification was approved and was being handled in the graduated procedure, and now wishes to renew or alter his permit will be invited to the Population Administration office within three months from the date of request. If he appears at the office and extension of the permit is not granted immediately for the entire period of the graduated procedure, although the applicant has met all the office’s requirements, the permit will be extended for six months, provided there are no security grounds for denying the extension, during which time decision will be made on the application. In light of the respondent’s statement before the Court, the petition was dismissed.
