HCJ 6868/02 - Salah a-Din et al. v. Commander of the Military Forces in the West Bank Judgment
The HCJ rejects HaMoked's petitions against the demolition of the homes of assailants' families. The justices rule that residents of the Area who are concerned that their houses might be demolished by the military, should supply the respondent with information they consider might affect the respondent's decision when applying to him on the matter; to the extent possible, the request should include a structural plan of the building and a map specifying its location. In initiated actions planned sufficiently in advance the respondent must not carry out the demolition before considering this information.
