HCJ 1730/96 - Sabih et al. v. IDF Commander in the Judea and Samaria Area et al. Judgment
The HCJ rules that demolition orders against houses where assailants lived may be suspended and revived following attacks perpetrated by others as well. In the minority opinion, Justice Dorner holds that a house should be demolished only in direct response to an attack perpetrated by person who lived in it.
