Declaration in the Matter of Closing Territory Number s/2/03 (seam area) (Judea and Samaria), 5764-2003
The declaration sets the boundaries of the Seam Area and states that it is a closed area, in which only Israelis, or Palestinians holding special permits, are allowed to enter and stay.
