Notation of Information Regarding Effect of Legislation on Rights of the Child Law, 5762 – 2002
The law requires Knesset members and cabinet members to consider, in preparing a bill for first reading, the effect of the bill on the rights of children in light of the principles of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.
