Israeli Military Proclamation Number 7 – The Implementation of the Interim Agreement

Proclamation granting validity in the West Bank to the interim agreement signed between Israel and the Palestinian Authority (PA). Among other things, the proclamation transfers authority over the occupied territories' population registry, including receipt and registry of notices regarding changes of address, to the PA. Despite the proclamation, Israel does not recognize changes made to the Palestinian population registry by the PA, including changes of address, child registration, and more.
