Order regarding Suspension of Personal Exit Permits (Judea and Samaria) 5753-1993

Order suspending personal exit permits from the West Bank and calling all of those present in Israel by virtue of such permits to return to the West Bank. The order does not permit issuance of permits in exceptional cases. The order's entry into force marked the enactment of the "full closure" of the West Bank, which has not been removed since.
